You must have a unicode font that supports polytonic greek (see Unicode Polytonic Greek Fonts, for example) to see the Greek properly. If you see a bunch of boxes, you probably do not have a unicode font installed.
The tools I am writing are works in progress, and they are for entertainment purposes only. Use them at your own risk. If you do find any errors, please let me know.
